In the Community

For over 75 years, we’ve been woven into the fabric of this community, showing up not just to serve Spudnuts, but to support the people who make  Tri-Cities special. We believe in giving back, staying present, and making sure that the legacy of Spudnuts isn’t just about what we bake—it’s about the community we serve.

Small Business Saturday

Small business Saturday is a cornerstone of our annual calendar. Since Mike and Ryan took ownership of the shop, they have commemorated the day by gifting 100% of the day’s sales to their dedicated employees. The community’s unwavering support led to the sale of hundreds of dozens of delicious Spudnuts!

Jim Swanda 3rd Annual Alzheimer’s Charity Scramble

This popular event, named after Marilyn Swanda’s late husband Jim, invites golfers from all over the Northwest to celebrate this family and all that they do. They have influenced so many in our community over the years. The Spudnuts' owners were grateful to be invited to participate and give back to this amazing woman, her family, and this wonderful event. GO TEAM SPUDNUTS!!!

Maggie's Haunted Hockey Classic

Maggie is a frequent flyer here at Spudnuts! Spudnuts is proud to be involved with Maggie’s Haunted Hockey Classic, a local hockey tournament which raises money directly for the research fund at the FOXP1 Foundation. Maggie has FOXP1 syndrome, a rare genetic disorder (600 world wide cases) characterized by delays in motor and language milestones, intellectual deficits, speech and language impairment and behavior abnormalities. With little research and few resources, we at Spudnuts are honored to help out this special young lady. If you stop by at 4am there’s a good chance you can meet her yourself! We encourage you to research FOXP1 and help us as we make an impact on Maggie and our great community here in the Tri-Cities!
