At the helm of Spudnuts are two self-described doughboys, owners Mike Bishop and Ryan Pierson. Together, they took on the responsibility of carrying Spudnuts into the future—without changing a single thing that makes it great.

Their mission? Protect the legacy, keep the recipe sacred, and make sure every Spudnut that leaves the shop is as light, fluffy, and unforgettable as the ones that came before it.
